Q – How does Move Management Specialist charge for services?
 
A – Our services are charged on an hourly basis.
 
Q – If I am extended family how will I know things are going ok?
 
A – The owner will follow up each contact with a telephone call to the client or to the designated family member.  We also keep a summary of each appointment and a record of the Team member who completed the visit.
 
Q – Will I get the same Team member each time ?
 
A – If the client wishes to keep the same Team member we will work with both schedules to try and make it work.  All of our staff are handpicked, thoroughly screened and members of the community.  Some of our staff is experienced in certain areas and your request may best be served by that particular individual.
 
Q – How do I begin services?
 
A – Give us a call or send us an email.  We promise a prompt response.  Once we have an understanding of the need, have assured there is appropriate staff we will provide an estimate of charges and our services can begin.
